This time last year, I was in the middle of a 5-month road trip with my family. Looking back on the photos, I’m amazed at how many miles we covered and how many memories we created. As incredibly amazing as it was however, it wasn’t without its challenges (home schooling, maintaining healthy eating, jet lag, foreign languages, being out of routine and away from supportive friends, family).
My sanity saver, regardless of where we were, whether there was space to roll out a yoga mat or not, was the ability to hit the daily reset button. How? Meditation.
This experience of meditation was so powerful because it supported me in staying centred and keeping my cool when things didn’t go according to plan. And that happened quite often! Since returning to Australia, life has switched gear and the pressures are ever present. That’s why I have created a 5 week meditation program to share the many benefits with you.
