I’ve had a great summer at home in Sydney with the family. After back to back Autumns and Winters, my body has relished in the warm, hot days with fresh summer fruits and salads. Its been a wonderful replenishing break with lots of lazy days in the pool, sleeping late, yoga in the rain and learning to surf early in the morning.
If you are reading this, I’m guessing its because we met at a yoga class or a nutrition presentation somewhere and something I said, or showed you made sense. Perhaps it resonated with what is important to you and what you value most in your life. Since being back in Australia, I have had lots of time to reflect on how my experiences of yoga, meditation, nutrition and coaching have integrated such profound change.
I’m so grateful you are here because I have some really special things to share with you…
My intention when teaching yoga, facilitating meditation and talking philosophy; nutrition; mentoring; coaching has always been about inspiring clarity through peeling away limiting beliefs entwined in the stories we tell ourselves: the stories that keep us feeling small, helpless victims in the world. Its always been about enhancing the quality of life that we experience as women: Women who want our work to be rewarding and meaningful: Women who want to raise happy, healthy kids who are conscious adults: Women who want a connection with themselves and other like minded souls: Women who want to experience more peace, harmony, joy, beauty, creativity, inspiration and connection. Women who want to experience vitality and an inner freedom that melts obstacles and opens up inspiring possibilities and attainable solutions.
These are the things that I want as a woman raising two daughters, running a meaningful, soul-focused business and maintaining a healthy marriage.
I expect that this may be true for you too?

I wrote this program after meditating every day throughout a 5 month road trip in Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain and the Middle East with the family, to stay calm and centred. The program was a huge success last year, with great feedback from participants that I’ve incorporated to make this next one even better.
