Sometimes the boundaries become blurred and we lose ourselves in a mix of love, responsibility
and over caring for others at the cost of under caring for ourselves.
Learning to quieten the voices of worry & doubt, connecting with the voice of trust, is born
from a feminine intelligence that exists within the body.
At this One day retreat, we will release tensions that create blocks, exploring the ability to respond,
rather than react, connecting with love & compassion for ourselves as well as others.
If you’re reading this, you may be feeling tired of feeling tired and cranky and you simply need a break to get a fresh perspective. Perhaps you find yourself feeling like you are not doing enough, or perhaps you feel you do too much.

Tania brings a heartfelt, peaceful presence & guidance throughout the day. Wonderfully paced to allow movement, meditation, connection and time to integrate and simply “be”. The greatest gift from the day was time and space with self and reconnection with the calm centre.

Coming together with a group of like minded women was a highlight of the day and having an opportunity to leave my stresses behind and focus on myself, no interruptions, in a nurturing, non-judgemental environment too. Arrive in Gordon, after school drop off, from 9am
9.15am Walk to Two Creeks Track
9.45am Gentle yoga, stretching and mindfulness meditation
11.15am Morning tea – Herbal tea, smoothies & snacks
11.45am Return to Gordon
12.30pm Gourmet Vegetarian lunch
1.30pm Yoga Nidra & Integration ceremony

I loved that we did so many different activities, but nothing felt hurried or time bound. Every activity flowed smoothly into the next. The best thing for me was the time out to be quiet and appreciative; the food, venue were all part of a contemplative process that made me feel good to be me. I would recommend this anyone who can’t get away for a weekend, but still needs to slow down and recharge.
Come for the yoga, meditation and morning tea and pay $49, or indulge yourself for the whole day for $149, which includes morning tea, lunch, yoga, meditation and so much more… such huge value, when you consider the benefits of feeling your best.
Tania completely transported me; mind, body & soul into the now, something that is almost impossible to achieve at home. I loved the yoga – I’m very active and it helped me get into the zone. I loved the clean food. It was perfect for me as I need to step back and refuel every now and then.
Frequently Asked Questions:
What level of yoga do I need to have?
The yoga will cater for all levels, beginners to advanced. If you are new to yoga, or have an injury/condition then let’s have a chat prior, so I can make suitable modifications for you. Everyone is welcome.
What will I need to bring?
If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it, otherwise let me know if you need one to be provided. I recommend the soft yoga mats that lay flat when placed upon the floor. You will also need to bring a blanket, walking shoes, a wind proof jacket, a hat and water bottle. Food and beverages are provided.
Can you cater for my special dietary requirements?
Lunch will be dairy and gluten free. Simply let me know of any other dietary requirements you have via email at the time of booking and we will cater for them as best we can.
What if it rains?
In the event of rain, we will remain in Gordon and the day will proceed indoors at our beautiful lunch venue.
