This is not a program you do and then go back to how things were. This program is for people who want to change their life, by making meditation a regular part of their wellness routine.
The program includes:
- A weekly lecture of 60mins, in which you will learn a new meditation technique each week*;
- A choice of daily dial-in meditation times, to practice together and support you to develop your new habit (times below #);
- Online support to ask questions, share your experiences, work through obstacles and keep you on-track;
- Recordings of each weekly meditation which are yours to keep;
- 3 months of continued, online support after the course to help you develop and maintain your meditation practice.
