Most of us know what we need to do to improve our diet. As intelligent and as informed as we are, we often don’t do what is in our best interests.  Whether its overwhelm, guilt,  denial or self comforting, eating poorly can be due to habit or self sabotage, which doesn’t have much to do with knowing intellectually what’s best.

You will feel lighter, have more energy, think more clearly, feel stronger and experience less mood swings when you are nourishing your gorgeous self with fresh, organic, whole foods. When you feel this way, life will be better!

Part of my role is to inspire you with recipes, shopping tips and what to eat.  Another other part of my role is to keep you accountable to your health and wellness goals. The other thing I bring to this relationship is to support you in redefining the motivating beliefs and values that limit your ability to reach your fullest potential and replace them with new empowering beliefs that align with what you really want,   You deserve to be nourished – to be your best and live your dream life.
